Old Galtrigill Walks
From Croft 9, a few paths remain – not marked, but remembered. They follow sheep tracks, field lines, and half-lost stories. Some are real. Some are imagined. All begin with care.
We currently offer a small number of walking routes across Croft 9. Each follows a quiet line through landscape shaped by time, wind, and use. The guided walks are available for groups (min. 5 participants) by individual arrangement.

-
Duration: approx. 60 min
-

This route leads to the headland overlooking the bay where the legendary Piper’s Cave is said to lie. The descent to the cave is steep and currently not maintained.

A short walk through the outline of the former township. The landscape holds quiet traces of past life and use.
